Our customer is a leading furniture manufacturer in Belarus, who was selling products only in physical stores. Willing to establish its online presence and drive business growth through digital channels, Belmebel needed a B2C eCommerce portal developed to sell its products, provide consulting services, and process orders.

Solution: Description and Key Capabilities
OZiTAG conducted frontend, backend, and mobile development work on an online store from scratch.
- Website. Based on PHP and React.js, the website is integrated with a flexible tailor-made admin panel for managing product catalogs.
The front-office functionality enables users to perform internal site search by product category, price, or feature, select products, and subsequently order them.
The back-office allows the client’s staff to upload and manage products in catalogs, process orders, and promptly answer customers’ questions.
Additionally, the solution allows users to customize selected products by applying various colors, upholsteries, and sizes. Online furniture customization was implemented through custom-built libraries.
- Mobile app. To make the client’s buying portal mobile-friendly and ensure shopping on the go, OZiTAG’s mobile app development engineers built an mCommerce solution and carried out compatibility and usability testing to ensure ultimate user convenience.
- Multiple integrations with external resources. Our team integrated the developed online store with top marketplaces and product comparison engines, which resulted in improved search rankings, organic traffic generation, and an additional source of customers.
- Integration with social messengers. For better audience targeting, the platform is integrated with Viber, Telegram, and WhatsApp via third-party APIs. This enables instant communication, provides a channel of promotional activities, and ensures high-quality customer service.
